Sisyphus and The Immortal Game

When I began interacting with AI it can be likened to being in ancient Babylon compared to my “relationship” with the engine today. I look back at my old games with artificial intelligence, and I see my own thinking like the Persepolis tablets. Language is there but it looks like Cuneiform. A relief written in stone only shows where I began. The chess board itself, in physical form, is “sticks and rocks.” Now I stand at the precipice of the great chasm. Being the first player to break into the chess world, from “nowhere” at the age of 39, gives me a unique perspective. The first, and only, chess player I ever saw play as a child was Bobby Fischer.
